Eastern Transmission is where it began over 25 years ago. A family business with a Father and his 2 sons has evolved from a small transmission shop to large optimized operation that is nearly 100% self sufficient in all areas of the business. Our successes and failures have enabled us to emerge as one of the premier transmission companies in Canada.

 

We have been gaining experience in our industry serving dealerships, warranty companies & fleet management firms while still pushing forward to tackle and master all new technologies that have come our way

HOW DID WE DO IT

We took Eastern Transmission from a 5000 sqft shop with 3 builders and 2 Bays that was a struggling business to a 14,000 sqft highly efficient operation within 18 months. When we analyzed the efficiency of our business, we were shocked to see that are parts ordering piece was the biggest drain in time and money.

 

Once we were able to resolve this, our business made serious organic growth, we were able to refocus wasted resource and improve the processes and efficiencies of the business, we grew out B2B for consistent revenue and saw this business skyrocket in both revenue and profitability.

OUR METHODOLOGY

We have learnt a lot of lessons over the last 15 years building one of the largest transmission repair shops in Quebec. We pride ourselves in the methodology that we have developed and the opportunity it gave us to buy and integrate other businesses into our own.
